Return Policy

A Hyperbaric Solutions honors the 15-day manufacturer return policy. If you would like to return your chamber please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber, minus the original shipping charges.

• A 3% transaction fee will apply if you purchased with a credit card.
• The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to the manufacturer.

Your refund will be issued provided the chamber being returned is not damaged, dirty or missing components. There will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition.
